Time of arrival and departure:

• Arrival: from 05:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m.
• Departure: from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m

Payment of tourist tax and security/deposit:

• Tourist tax and security/deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• The security deposit is the amount that the guests place as a guarantee that the apartment with all the equipment will be returned on time and undamaged after use. The security deposit is returned to guests upon departure, after inspection of the apartment and confirmation by the owner that no damage has occurred.

Silence:

• Please respect the peace and quiet between 10:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m.

Smoking::

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

House pets:

• Pets are allowed by prior agreement.
• Pets should sleep/lie on their beds on the floor. They must be under the constant supervision of their owners. If the owner needs care for them, the accommodation provides it according to the published price list.
• Take care of your pet for food allergies and diets. Water will be our concern.
• Pets are not allowed to bathe in the bathroom.
• The accommodation has a garden measuring approx. 3,000 m2, which borders the forest, but is not fenced.
• We also have pets as hosts. Three cats and a dog.

Cleanliness and order:

• Please keep the apartments clean and tidy. Put the garbage in the designated bins.
• When leaving, make sure that the dishes are not dirty and that the appliances are turned off.

• Due to the functioning of the BIO-degradable septic tank (cesspool), nothing else (not even food or coffee grounds) is put into the toilet, apart from toilet paper in normal quantities. The same goes for the kitchen sink.

Damage:

• Please report any damage or malfunction in the apartment to the owner immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Visitors:

• Visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed without prior approval from the owner.

Use of equipment and devices:

• Please use the equipment and devices carefully and in accordance with the instructions.

Smart lock:

• To use the smart lock, follow the instructions you received upon arrival at the accommodation.

Parking:

• Parking is allowed only in marked places.

Respect for other guests and neighbors:

• Please respect the rights of other guests and neighbors and do not cause disturbances.

Drinking water:

• Tap water is potable and safe to use.
